Through her mothers side she is 1/8th Veela with all this implies: she is very beautiful and has the natural ability to charm boys and men into falling for her, though she does not like to do this. Occasionally, when exited or happy, she accidentally unleashes her power, much to her own despair. She has not inherited her fathers slight lycanthropy in any significant way but around the time of the full moon she may look plainer than usual.

Her name, in French, means victory and she was named such because she was born on the second anniversary of the defeat of Voldemort.

Appearance wise, Victoire has clear, pale skin, bright red hair and blue eyes. She is fairly tall and slender.
